Our customers art didn't work for one of My Gifts wristband. Instead of just saying no, our rep Andy had the art redone so it did fit their wristband, all within a few hours. The other supplier I talked to on this project just said no, so My Gift got the business because they were proactive. My customer was very impressed with how the logo change fit the product. Quality on the product was good and they shipped a day early.
