I recently placed a holiday order for winter beanies for my client. They did a great job digitizing the logo for embroidery and the quality of the embroidery was excellent. I worked closely with Vicky and she went out of her way to make sure the order went smoothly and was delivered in a timely manner. Very easy to work with and great follow up! Our customers art didn't work for one of My Gifts wristband. Instead of just saying no, our rep Andy had the art redone so it did fit their wristband, all within a few hours. The other supplier I talked to on this project just said no, so My Gift got the business because they were proactive. My customer was very impressed with how the logo change fit the product.
