This was the first time I worked with this company and they were a pleasure to work with. We needed a pre-production sample and it was delivered timely and  my client was very happy. We then need to change the artwork, This company did not make a big deal about the change. I got the new proof within 24 hours and approved the item for production. I will add them to my preferred vendor list,.
